Heartwood Church is conveniently located just north of Lawrence E. Jones Middle School at

4689 Snyder Lane just a few blocks south of Golf Course Drive. Our four-acre campus rests on the east side of Rohnert Park where the "H" and the "E" sections meet between Heartwood Drive and Eleanor Avenue. Our church property is a short distance from Sonoma State University, the University District Neighborhood, Rancho Cotate High School, Foxtail Golf Club and Spreckels Theatre.  

Turn on to HEARTWOOD DRIVE. Go approximately 1.5 blocks on Heartwood Drive and then turn left into the Heartwood Church parking area. There are designated GUEST PARKING

spots available for your use.

Guest Parking is the best parking.

We are expecting you to visit Heartwood Church. Our parking volunteers will greet you and help you find the best parking as you enter our campus.
