Merry Christmas!
Let us all be glad for Christ our Savior was born on Christmas day. May the glad tidings of great joy fill your hearts and homes as you pause to consider the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes.
Heartwood Church family and friends, God has provided us with a full and blessed year capped off with a wonderful Christmas season. Our property was beautifully decorated with lights outside and trees and ornaments inside. Our Ugly Sweater Photo Booth was a hit at the 39th Annual Holiday Lights Celebration in Rohnert Park. December 19th, which featured a Christmas concert and a dinner for the most mature among us, was the best attended Sunday of the year with 71 people attending at least one of our three services on that day. Thank you to all who gave of your time to make these things come together.
I look forward to being with you this Sunday as we celebrate communion and finish our Memories of Christmas sermon series. By letting our reflections of Christmas move us to face our fears, to respond in faith, and to participate with our church, we, Heartwood Church, will together share the greatest gift ever given with the hurting world around us.
